Upon entering the practice of law in 1970 as both a Certified Public Accountant and an attorney and counselor at law, I could never have foreseen the substantial changes that the legal and accounting professions would undergo or how successful the Firm would become. I started the Firm in 1973, and my many wonderful experiences since then have brought me a great deal of satisfaction. Because of the Firm's clients, I have been in practice for over 35 years and with the recent changes to the Firm, we can continue to serve our client's needs well into the foreseeable future. I have enjoyed working with our many clients in the past and hope to continue our relationships well into the future. The Firm's many wonderful clients have made us successful and the satisfaction I have gained by being able to serve them has made my time here so much more rewarding. With that in mind, I look forward to many more rewarding years working with you.

Our practice at Snyder & Snyder combines the relevant areas of corporate, general business, estate planning, real estate and tax law in order to focus on your specific individual and business needs. III. Superior Legal Representation is the Result of a Highly focused Professional Practice.

To maintain our reputation for excellence and provide the level of service we demand of ourselves, we have learned not to spread ourselves too thin. We choose not to know very little about everything. We voluntarily restrict the areas in which we practice to only those areas in which our greatest strengths lie. We provide legal services only in those areas of law in which we are competent and knowledgeable and in which we can bring our expertise to bear to provide our clients competitive, sophisticated, and innovative solutions to their unique problems. This focus on superior legal representation in the practice areas which we do choose to offer our clients allows us to deliver the highest quality of service possible.

IV. Proactive Planning Is Better Than Reactive Problem Solving.

Our years of experience show us that our clients are better served by solving problems before they arise rather than after they become problems. The financial and emotional toll brought on by well entrenched problems can be an enormous burden to bear.
