Our Firm - Confidentiality
Snyder & Snyder recognizes that trust is a fundamental component of any attorney-client relationship. In order for us to effectively serve them, our clients must feel comfortable trusting us with their confidential personal, financial and business information, as well as their dreams and aspirations. Snyder & Snyder knows that trust cannot be given; it can only be earned. Of course, trust once earned can be lost.
Snyder & Snyder pledges that its attorneys and its staff will treat all confidential and personal information in accordance with the highest standards of the Texas Code of Professional Responsibility. Professionalism demands no less. Snyder and Snyder, therefore, pledges that neither its attorneys nor its staff will, unless required by law or with the consent of the client:
Reveal confidential information of a client or a former client;
Use confidential information of a client or former client to the disadvantage of the client or former client; or
Use privileged information of a client or former client for the advantage of its attorneys or of a third person.
