EXPERIENCE
Arthur "Reed" Snyder, Jr., began his professional career with the law firm McCue & Lee, LLP, in 2000, where he applied his accounting and business experience, as well as his knowledge of business legal issues, to the expansion of the firm's commercial litigation section. When the opportunity arose to join his father's firm in 2001, Reed moved his practice and began to narrow the focus of his legal services to those areas specifically related to a pure transactional practice.
Reed was asked by Art to join the firm as a partner in 2003. Reed is also a proud veteran, having served his country as a United States Marine.
Reed serves his business clients as general counsel, providing guidance and legal advice on the many issues companies regularly face. Reed assists his clients with complex business transactions which range from business formation and capitalization matters to complex reorganizations and business purchases/sales. Reed serves his individual clients in the areas of estate planning, tax planning and wealth preservation. Reed assists his business and individual clients with a wide range of tax related matters including tax planning and preparation, as well as the settlement of IRS disputes and complex tax related litigation.
